Building Review (Photo: Iwan Baan) Three Courtyard Community Center, Yangzhou, China - The city of Yangzhou is located at the edge of Yangtze River in Jiangsu province not far from provincial capital Nanjing. As any other city in China, Yangzhou is rapidly expanding.
